Foundation works are complete allowing the pre-cast concrete stairs and liftshafts to be built. All the works on these stairtowers and liftshafts are scheduled to be complete by the end of the England v Pakistan Test Match.

Structural steelwork as viewed in the pictures below has started from the Eric Hollies Stand and is about one third complete with the aim of completion of the steelwork by the end of November.

Concrete to all floors is progressing alongside the outside cladding facing Edgbaston Road. Internal fit out works of brickwork and services are scheduled for the end of August.

Parkstone Ltd have been awarded the package to construct all the upper floors of the stand.

Work is currently progressing to schedule with completion aimed for next year.
The 5 floodlight towers will be erected between November and February and commissioning and testing completed by the end of March.
