Crowning location for new ASDA brand
Kings Heath will soon boast a new format ASDA store on it's High Street, opening on Monday 29th March, as ASDA announced it's plans to open smaller supermarkets in new locations to accelerate growth, http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20100218-711713.html?mod=WSJ_World_MIDDLEHeadlinesEurope.
The new store replaces the Somerfield on the High Street and will be one of three new stores opening in March. ASDA plans to open ten stores by the end of the year, both small and large stores together with expanding ten of it's current large stores.
