Blooming Moseley
Moseley has won the regional round of the Britain in Bloom competition meaning Moseley will represent the Heart of England in the national competition in 2010; Gold medal for Moseley in Britain in Bloom.
The floral trail in Birmingham City Centre won an RHS gold medal and there were silver gilts for Kings Heath and Balsall Heath.
Meanwhile the weekend of the 5th and 6th September saw the fourth Moseley Folk Festival take place at the private Moseley Park described by The Times review as a 'Narnia-like forest glade' tucked away behind a row of shops, Moseley Folk Festival at Moseley Park, Birmingham. Amongst the performers were Jethro Tull, Beth Orton and Saint Etienne.
